Dear Lester,

I have never before written a testimonial for a lawyer, and I never thought I would ever be singing the praises of one.

But you are no ordinary lawyer, and I feel compelled to give credit where it is now overdue and to express my enormous gratitude for the work that you have done for me over the past year.

I am, as you know, a demanding customer, and, having dealt with numerous attorneys in the past, I can assure you that it is not often that a lawyer meets or, in your case, exceeds my high expectations.

The work you did for me was timely, thorough and perfect. In terms of quality and timeliness you certainly leave other lawyers in the dust.

More important, I feel that you went beyond the call of duty, to satisfy the requirements of the job at hand and to reassure a client in distress.

It was your ability to empathize and reassure, your confident, gentle, human touch, that first impressed me and made me feel that you truly cared.

To say that you are a great layer or a nice lawyer is an understatement. For me, hiring you to handle my case was a fortuitous event that opened a whole new world. A world where a lawyer can be your friend. Where honesty, responsiveness, and kindness are the characteristics associated with the practice of law, as they should be.
